A manufacturer warranty is a warranty by the seller or manufacturer. This (additional) warranty usually applies for a limited period (1 or 2 years). After the warranty period, the burden of proof falls on the buyer.

Dreumex gives a one (1) year manufacturer warranty on Dreumex Omnicare and/or One2Clean dispensers. The Xlerator hand dryer comes with a seven (7) year manufacturer warranty.
Concepts
Non-woven is a category of fabric that has not been woven or knitted. As opposed to classic production of textile cloth, the material in the form of a fibre or filament is directly laid in a film and then glued together. All Dreumex disinfection and cleaning wipes (Dreumex Power Wipes®) are made from non-woven material.
Silica is Silicon Dioxide (SiO2). This natural granule is used by Dreumex in heavy duty hand cleaners and is considered extremely environmentally-friendly. Silica is extracted, among other things, from the residue production of rice and is permitted in personal care products. Extensive research, clinical tests and tests among end users have shown us that silica micro granules are skin-friendly, give your hands a pleasant feeling and have excellent cleansing power.
pH is short for the Latin term potentia hydrogenii and means power of hydrogen, in other words the degree of acidity. The pH value of a product indicates how acidic or alkaline a solution is. Products with a pH value below 7 are acidic, such as orange juice. Products with a pH value above 7 are alkaline, such as soda. Water has a pH value of 7 and therefore it is neutral, not acidic and not alkaline. When a product is called pH neutral for the skin, it means that the pH value is equal to the pH of skin. Skin is slightly acidic and in adults has an average pH value of 5.5.
There are various types of ISO certification. ISO 22716 is the guideline for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) of cosmetic products. This standard is a guideline for production, testing, storage and transportation of cosmetic products and covers all the qualitative aspects. In addition, the guideline offers organised and practical advice on the management of human, technical and administrative factors affecting product quality. This includes the entire process flow of the product from reception of the raw materials to shipping of the end products. ISO 9001 is a standard recognised worldwide with requirements regarding quality management and is therefore a benchmark for transparency and reliability in the market.
Dreumex is ISO 22716 and ISO 9001 certified. This means that all the processes comply with international standards and that we place a great deal of value on quality and continuous improvement of our products, solutions and organisation.
Products with an ECARF quality seal have been approved by ECARF as suitable for use by consumers with allergies. ECARF is short for European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation. This is a non-profit organisation focused on allergies.
A Bag-on-Valve is a bag attached to the valve in a bottle. Contrary to a normal spray or propellant, the gas and product remain separate because the product is in the bag. The advantage of Bag-on-Valve sprays is that they can be used at all angles (360°), the bottle is emptied 100% so that no residue product remains. In addition, it does not contain flammable or hazardous propellants and is fully recyclable. A Bag-on-Valve is thus more practical, better and more environmentally-friendly than a spray or propellant. Dreumex uses Bag-on-Valve technology for all the products in our Dreumex Omnicare line.

Dermatologically tested means that a manufacturer has tested a product for irritations. The test is carried out by a group of volunteers and supervised by a dermatologist. At Dreumex, this means not only that the product has been tested, but also approved.
Every skin is different and can react differently to products. Despite the fact that all our products are extensively tested, it is possible that the test group of volunteers does not develop an irritation while you do experience skin irritation. In case of persistent irritation, contact your primary care physician or dermatologist.
We recommend always using our products before the best-before-date indicated on the package. Prior to this date, we guarantee that the product is good, on condition that the packaging has not been opened and the storage conditions have been followed. If you nevertheless suspect a strange odor, color, texture or effect of the product, please contact us: 800-233-9382
The best-before-date (BBD) on our products is the recommendation to use the product before a certain date. Prior to this date, we guarantee that the product is good, on condition that the packaging has not been opened and the storage conditions have been followed. Products can still be used after the best-before-date, but after this date the quality might deteriorate.
Definitely. Dreumex Expert, Dreumex Special, are solvent-free.
The silicon granules in our products are not harmful to the skin. However, people who wash their hands very often may frequently develop dry hands or irritations. This depends entirely on the specific, individual skin type. To prevent this we recommend using cream, such as Dreumex Natural Care, in case of frequent washing or sensitive skin.
This depends on the soap that you use. With some soaps, we recommend using water and with others we don't. If you want suitable advice for this, please contact us so we can help you find the best solution for your situation: 800-233-9382. In any case, it is important to wash your hands completely and not forget any parts. The best way to do this is shown in this video.
The skin is dryer in the winter than in the summer due to the lower temperatures and lower humidity levels. This causes the skin to be less resistant and more quickly irritated. People with eczema also suffer more during cold and dry weather.
The amount of sebum and oil on the skin regulates the evaporation of moisture. Skin oil creates a protective layer. When this protective layer is damaged, you get dry hands. Excessive washing or wind and cold can damage the protective skin layer. That is why many people suffer from dry hands in the winter.
